General

All products and services available on this website under the Hostingspirit brand are provided by ALFASOFT (registered trademark of Alfaiate Systems Lda.)

The offer published on this website is subject to change. Hostingspirit reserves the right to make these changes without prior notice.

Orders will be processed immediately after payment, upon receipt of proof of the respective value or good collection. Hostingspirit will not be responsible for any delays resulting from non-receipt or incorrect processing of proof of payment.

Hostingspirit reserves the right to remove any content hosted on its infrastructure, in any form and in any service available, if it considers that any part of it is offensive, illegal or in any way against the ethical principles practiced by the company.

Any attempt, purposeful or accidental, to harm the infrastructure of Hostingspirit and its Customers, or use of Hostingspirit's infrastructure to carry out any malicious action on any third party, will result in a permanent and irreversible blocking of the service, which does not exempt the Customer of payment of any amounts associated with the current subscription to the service, in addition to others, namely those related to potential losses caused.

Shared Hosting

Shared hosting accounts, as the name suggests, are shared with other Hostingspirit Customers. If, at any time, a cPanel account jeopardizes the provision of services to other Customers, Hostingspirit will notify the Customer in cause for immediate resolution of the situation, under penalty of removal of such site from its infrastructure.

Cloud Hosting

Cloud Hosting services are provided with pre-defined tools for remote access to databases and files contained in the Customer's account (PHPMyAdmin and CloudCMD).

Hostingspirit reserves the right to restrict the resources used by any Customer of cloud hosting services if consumption jeopardizes, even theoretically, the quality of the service provided to other Customers.

Site Configurator

The website configurator service is available with a pre-defined set of technologies, but the Customer may install other applications in their environment, as long as their technology is supported.

Support for website configurator services can only be provided on services that host one of the platforms provided by Hostingspirit.

The terms and conditions applicable to cloud hosting services apply to website configurator services.

Dedicated Server

Dedicated server services have a minimum duration of 3 months, unless another term is explicitly defined for the subscribed service.

Virtual Server

Virtual server services may only be used with operating systems provided and/or approved by Hostingspirit. Failure to comply with this rule may result in a complete termination of service.
